Central Luzon's highly strategic location was enough for the American Government to locate their biggest naval & air military facilities outside US mainland.
The former Subic Naval Base & Clark Air Base facilites which were turned over to the Philippine government in 1991, now two of the country's premier economic zones

Clark Green City
