Tarlac is a landlocked province that borders Pangasinan to the north, Nueva Ecija to the east, Pampanga to the south, and Zambales to the west.

It lies at a crucial corner of the Central Luzon Growth Triangle, together with the Clark Special Economic Zone and the Subic Bay Freeport Zone. It is known as the melting pot of Central Luzon where the best of Pampango, Ilocano, Tagalog and Pangasinense customs, traits and traditions can be found. 

The Luisita Industrial Park (LIP) serves as the main investment anchor of the province providing the facilities, incentives and other amenities to investors involved in electronics and other technology-related industries. LIP and CSEZ are proposed to be the electronic sub-corridor under the Electronics and Allied Industries Masterplan of the country. 

Luisita provides a balanced mix of modern land uses as a private investment haven and well-planned community, capitalizing on the province's strategic location being close to Clark and Subic, its pool of highly-skilled and competent manpower resource, good road networks and infrastructure support, and the industrial peace enjoyed by the community
