CLGCFI Welcomes Its New President
Presiding the 1st Central Luzon Growth Corridor Foundation Inc. (CLGCFI) Meeting for 2017, Tarlac Governor Susan A. Yap was welcomed as the new President of the Foundation on May 10, 2017 at DTI-3 Conference Room, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
During the meeting, Governor Yap acknowledged the task given to her as the new President of CLGCFI and recognized the Central Luzon governors, their representatives and the Department of Trade and Industry-3 (DTI-3) for their efforts to work together in the past eleven years towards the programs and projects of the foundation.
The group discussed CLGCFI’s policy direction and investment projects for the year. Governor Yap proposed the creation of a Central Luzon brand with a unifying theme that will carry and promote the region as one single investment destination. She also called for the consolidation of promotion collaterals from the provinces, both brochures and AVPs, to be used during outbound missions abroad for distribution to prospective partners.
