SM Partners with DTI for Effective Business Negotiation and Selling Techniques Seminar

With the aim of improving frontline services, SM, in partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Nueva Ecija, conducted a Seminar on Effective Business Negotiation and Selling Techniques on November 14, 2016. The seminar, aimed to equip the tenants of SM Megacenter and SM City with creative negotiation skills, was facilitated by Mr. Dennis Orlina, President of the ASEAN Handicrafts Promotion and Development Association (AHPADA Philippines).

After the lecture of Mr. Orlina, the conduct of a SMERA seminar was recommended to guide the SMEs in dealing with their supervisors, subordinates, peers and suppliers. SME Roving Academy or SMERA is a continuous learning program for the development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to become competitive in the domestic and international markets

The seminar was graced by SM Assistant Manager Joanne Z. Bondoc, DTI Division Chief Romeo Eusebio E. Faronilo and associates of the DTI-Nueva Ecija Consumer Protection Division (CPD). A total of 72 tenants and company representatives attended the activity.
